Geez, this is a great thread!
I have only one addition here. I keep a small stack of 3x5 cards in my primary Moleskine. They come in super-handy for leaving notes with other people, instead of ripping out pages (gasp!).
And Merlin, ditto on the Space Pen, brother. It’s my constant companion (though I do dig those G2’s also).
