We have to be conscious about how much ‘doing’ we do versus how much ‘deciding’ we do. It’s usually not an issue, but I have experienced a couple projects in my life where I spent too much time in the ‘web-research’ and ‘brainstorming’ stage… sometimes it helps to give decisions a little nudge.
