i don’t use tags for specific projects, i just use a GTD-ish setup with 5 smart mailboxes…
INBOX-for all untagged mail, the messages colored green REPLY NOW-for e-mails that need a response or action ASAP, colored red REPLY LATER-for e-mails that need a response or action, but no rush, colored orange WAITING-e-mails that can’t be completed until something else happens first, orange REFERENCE-e-mail i want to keep for good, colored grey
