Robert - if you’re still listening - if the regression tests are based on outcomes, does that mean that they are high-level and subjective, rather than detailing ad nauseum the possible results from each single process?
I’m having trouble getting my head around much of extreme programming; some of it seems to be BS and salespeak. I’ve never really seen it compared to the natural planning model before… it’s made me think that there may be more to it than I’d originally assumed.
