Clarifications

Clarifications

  1. No humans were actually shamed in the execution of this project. They LOVE getting email from me! Do you know how many eamils a week my users get that not only offer to help them but are funny to boot? Exactly one (mine).

  2. Fear and shame are just an easy way to get people on board for some very basic training on email management. I don’t know about other offices, but here in America, folks seem to be conditioned to respond well to fear and shame.

  3. Users who already have systems that work for them are not on my S List.

  4. As of today, my project has been suspended. I can no longer access reports on my users’ inbox size. The server was so overloaded that it crashed every time it tried to allocate free space for itself. We are now in the process of moving people to a larger server.
