Local Art
I agree on every point. Although, indulging your vices does have consequences. We are all adults and we make our choices.
But I emphatically endorse:
Buy Local Art!
Especially at this time of year there are plenty of local art sales, boutiques, and gift bazaars. If you would like some art in your home, find one and buy something. You will usually find something you like. And that is all that matters. If you can’t find anything where you are, go online. There are plenty of sites that sell art from great up and coming artists at very reasonable prices. (There are really to many to single out even a few. It would not be fair.)
Do it. You’ll enjoy yourself.
