Hello!

I am Neil:

  • User of Mac OSX, Linux and Windows
  • Keen GTDer
  • Long-time Palm user (currently with a Tungsten T3)
  • Book hoarder
  • Music lover
  • Englishman
Currently interested in setting up a comprehensive computerised filing system for all my pertinent data: not only conventional computer files such as e-mail, letters, documents, photos, but scanned copies of paper letters, bills, receipts, invoices, magazine articles, e-books, other artifacts. Looking for a good way to organise this, preferably on my Linux box, and have it all nicely accessible, searchable on metadata etc.
