I thought of a sweet way to manage your Next Action Lists on the iPhone without having to rely on Web 2.0 apps and an internet connection.

I use the address book and here's how I do it. I created a group named GTD. I add projects as if they were people. By doing so each project has its own card. In the name field I put the name of the project.

Now all I do is add the list of next actions for that project in the "notes" field. By doing this, nothing else shows up on the card (like empty fields for phone numbers). It's just your project name at the top and the action list below!

Once you complete an action, just go to "edit field" and remove the action.

A perfect use of the database already installed on the iPhone. Now you can review your next actions list anywhere!!
