how do you choose tags?

hey guys

I would like to know what your habits are in tagging files.

I found this very cool app, Punakea. It’s a tagging software, basically similar to Yojimbo, Journaler,…and I’m thinking of tagging all my documents and files and have them organized by Punakea (instead of sorting them manually into folders)

So do you have a certain system or what is your thinking process when you tag the files.
