syncing todos etc.

The most recent post on the 43F blog was about using kGTD, and comments pointed to various other applications that folks use to keep their GTD systems going. I'm still trying to figure out what the best tool is for my own lite-version of GTD.

Really all I need is something like Slacker ToDo, which allows multi-level lists and repeating due dates. (I'm a professor, so a lot of my Next Actions are recurring things like lecture-writing and assignment-grading.). But I end up keeping a lot of NAs as ToDos in iCal, even though iCal doesn't support repeating actions, because I rely so crucially on syncing with my .Mac account. I need to have my up-to-date lists available on both home and office systems.

So here's the question: Are any of these applications (VoodooPad, OmniOutliner, etc.) set up to sync with .Mac? If not, are there reasonable workarounds to make them sync? (I know I can copy the most recent version of my Slacker lists to my iDisk, but it's clumsy and I end up with un-synced versions if I forget.)

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
