mac mail virus scanner with signature

hi,

does anyone know of a virus scan app for mac mail (so i'm not acting as a hub for windows viruses) that stuffs a mail signature in each sent mail? something like "this mail was scanned for viruses, definitions updated 05/06/2007 etc. AVG did this when i used a pc but its not available yet on mac.
