Reading this site made me realise that my life was too complicated for me to follow - so I simpified. I have a peice of paper and a pen, my blackberry, wallet and occaisionally my keys (most of the time when I return home my wife is there to answer the door!). I've even taken to not carrying my briefcase, which seemed to be a portable trash can which I never removed items from (although put plenty into!).

Just recently, someone asked me to take something away from a meeting and I realised I didn't have my bag - so I said "Mail it to me..." and they said okay! My belief system has been re-inforced, and now I loathe to carry anything extra than my list above!
