I found this slick little freeware alarm clock.

Tiny Alarm: Alarm Software for Mac OS X

It integrates into the menu bar and takes about .5 seconds to program.

I've been using it to regulate activity time so I don't have to look at the clock.

Andrew's Mac Tips

Andrew's Mac Tips is a site that I built recently after switching to using a Mac. After about six months in Macdom I'd found that I had ammassed a lot of freeware/cheapware utilities that had markedly improved my productivity.

This site points to those tweaks, after giving them mini-reviews along with screenshots. Many visitors have commented that it's a great resource for "jumping straight to the good stuff."

There are also a few tips that I pass on, relating to Butler, Quicksilver, and OSX.

Time Tracker - A Personal Time Management Application - The Form Assembly

Ever spend an hour trying to get your productivity log to compute correctly? Why install timer software when you can run it in your web browser. Nice interface, too.

PicoPad.com - About

It's a really handy way to carry around a pad of paper in your wallet. It's a combination of a pen and a pad of paper that is super thin. Great way to capture things as they come to you.

Dacia Mitchell writes:

My dock in OS 10.4 needed an overhaul and I thought, "wouldn't it be great if I could break it up into groups?" So I found this site for dock separators:

The Art of Adam Betts: Dock Dividers

Just A Guy - Adam Gurno » GTD: How to use Post-It Flags

Okay, I know it sounds boring, but these little babies are unfairly maligned. I've got a system that makes them really useful and I finally got around to sharing it with the world.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
