I think you need to do a post about OUTGOING messages, too. I've heard some great ones, like the UsedCardboardBoxes.com Los Angeles location on La Cienaga. Great Message.

But seriously, for business calls, a statistic I have heard is when making calls-- a planned call takes 7 minutes. An unplanned call takes 12. Great motivation to schedule! -- John
