I've been using a Dymo LabelWriter on my Mac for the past couple months, and I wrote an article on how to optimize your efficiency with it:

I had my doubts about using a 'puter-connected label printer, but it's actually very slick. I can print one-off folder labels faster with this than with my hand-held label printer. (Still keep the hand-held around for printing plastic tape labels, though, when extra durability is required.)
