Two apps that need a conduit...any volunteers?

Two apps that are fantastic: OmniOutliner for Mac and ThoughtManager for Palm. They are both simple yet powerful outliners. Oh please can some genius out there create a condiut so these two apps can sync together? I think there are a lot of people who would find this invaluable.

I've tried some of the other apps available -- Brainforest, Shadowplan etc. -- but they are all too complex. OmniOutliner is great because it's simple, XML based, has a beautiful interface, etc.
