The other day I realized I was losing time and adding stress every morning because finding clothes to wear was a huge pain. It wasn't that my closet wasn't organized - it just had a lot of extra junk and useless clothing in it. Inspired by the recent mentions of 'Productivity Patterns', I realized I could apply the software development concept of 'refactoring' to my closet. So I made a project out of it, and I'm really pleased with the results. I posted my process and my results here - I thought it might be helpful to anyone else who's ended up at work wearing pants that don't fit.
