Ok, new question.

I have a few GTD folders created in mail.app - Action, Respond, and Hold - and what I notice is sometimes something in these folders gets ignored simply because I forget it's in there and don't think to check. Is there a way (or a plug-in) to have a folder display the number of messages in it, even if they are marked read? This way I would always know at a glance - oh, I have two messages that need to be responded to.
