GTD and sleep/insomnia
kenzi | Mar 27 2006
I'm just starting out with GTD (halfway through the book and about to tackle my piles of papers and boxes of stuff) and I am wondering if you old timers find that you sleep better now that you are working with this system. I have a friend who is harried at work and at home and sleeps poorly. I know that when I have trouble sleeping it is usually caused by a non-stop array of open loops parading through my brain. I can sometimes keep it at bay by getting up and making a list of things to do, especially if one particular open loop is haunting me. That got me wondering if being able to close so many loops and put your stuff in your "trusted system" helps you sleep better. I would love to hear your success stories or ideas. My friend is intrigued by GTD, so this might be the deal maker. 6 Comments
