PigPogPDA with Moleskine Reporter

For the last few months I've been using (quite successfully) the Moleskine Reporter-based PigPogPDA system, as outlined here:

This has worked great for me: the form factor of the Reporter and the flexibility of the system have been perfect. So I thought I'd make a thread to see if anyone else is using this system, and if they've come up with any improvements or workarounds they'd like to share.
