Document management software?

Hi, I am trying to find some software for windows that will help with document management. I am looking for something like scansoft paperport, but alittle more full featured (tagging/categories, a more Spotlight/beagle/googledesktop like search, etc). Can anyone suggest some software that has some of these features?
