I am totally excited -- I wanted to go to this conference, (scroll allll the way down) but I didn't intend to ask if I could since it's so freaking expensive. But it turns out that we're negotiating a contract with the conference organization (we participate in other conferences they run), and I mentioned they should throw in a free registration to GILD as part of our deal. Well, they didn't give us a free one (and not even much of a discount), but I'm going!!
