Outlook Contacts for Sales People

Anybody out there have a good way to organize outlook contacts (outlook 2003) to create reminders for calling sales contacts on a regular basis.

I cannot add in any files that modify Outlook due to my employer restrictions.

The FLAGs don't seem to be sufficient.

Specifically, I am looking for a way to plug a contact into a system of regular contacts (ie: every 2 weeks from last contact for instance)

Thanks for the help and ideas!
