I've just recieved my first Mac, and want to sync my Tungsten T3 to it. But things doesn't seem so simple as compared to my old Windows computer. There, I just installed Palm's Hotsync Manager. On OS X, there seems to be a choice of three alternatives: Palm's Hotsync, Missingsync and iSync. Which is the better?

I want to sync my Palms calendar to iCal, it's todos to iCal, it's addressbook to Address Book. That is, I don't want to use Palm Desktop at all (but where does that leave me when it comes to my Palms memos? What native OS X app is there for memos, syncable with Palm)? Also, I'm running ShadowPlan on my Palm.
