Replacement for the G2 mini's on thinner paper?

I've recently switched from using the Moleskine sketchbooks to the 18month planner. I really like the calendar function since most of what I'm doing is notes for appointments. However the thin paper just doesnt work with the G2 mini's or the G7 full size pens. The bleed through is awful.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a pocket size pen that will have the smooth writing of the G2 without the crazy bleed through?
