Saving web pages to browse offline?
academicgirl | Dec 20 2006
Is there any good software for saving the current contents of entire web pages (like the 43F forum) for later offline viewing? I'm on a PC, so I can't use SiteSucker. I did see something called Offline Explorer, but I don't know how good it is. Thanks! K. 2 Comments

wget is a good command-line tool for saving whole sites or sub-trees of sites to disk, and fixing the URLs for offline use. There is also a proxy server called WWWoffle that can be used to cache pages for offline reading that you have navigated to while online. »
Webreaper is good also. http://www.webreaper.net/ RollasocSubmitted by rollasoc on February 1, 2007 - 3:45am.
