Where is Show Menu Items?

I watched The Merlin Show episode titled Quicksilver: Application Menus. It looked so cool that I NEEDED to to implement the trigger immediately. Alas, I do not have a Show Menu Items action in QS. Show Menus is there but no Show Menu Items. Is there something that needs to be installed for Show Menu Items to appear?
