Mac Mail

I use mac mail for a hotmail and a gmail account when i'm at home. Is there a way to get mac mail to delete emails from the gmail and hotmail "servers" instantly (or more quickly than it currently does) so that when i log in from the web from work i don't have to delete all the emails that i already deleted in mac mail?
