Anyone make notes while reading GTD?
daniel0971 | May 26 2007
I was curious if anyone made notes, wither on the margins, or in a seperate notebook while reading the book? I made notes in a small journal and I also wrote key parts under my memo pad on my Palm. And I just finished (I mean in the last 48 hours) the book so i find myself referring to them constantly. There are still "odds and ends" that I need to work out. Did you find it a bit "rough" in the begining and then it smoothed itself out? 4 Comments

I didn't take notes as I read the book but I find I refer back to the book frequently. I have been doing GTD for almost 5 months and still have to look for things; I also check here for different ways to do things that may be better. :) Linda »

I made notes when I read GTD -- probably when I read it the second time. For me, it was mostly a way to pick out the particularly meaningful bits for later reading and reflection. Though I didn't reflect on them much. I've probably read the book again a couple of times since then. »

I'm in the process of making Tony Buzan-style mindmaps of the book, by reading through it for the 3rd(?) time. »
