minor feed issues

I mean really minor: Don’t forget to change your feed favicons to the new version. You may also want to differentiate the titles of the podcast feed and the main one: they both are named “43 Folders” in NetNewsWire.

Should we be sticking only to actual bugs here rather than cosmetic issues? (If so I apologize.)
