Starting over after a hard drive failure

Last week my hard drive failed and the back-up program did not save my GTD work. I had been using Entourage, but before I began to rebuild my GTD world, I began looking at all of the options that are available, e.g. iGTD, Outlook with plugin, Omni, Things, etc. I run a small law office. I set each client as a project and use GTD to help provide guidance to my staff to keep each client’s case on track. If you had to start over, which program would you use?

Now it’s out of beta,

Now it’s out of beta, OmniFocus, no question. Instant capture (two different ways), great support, sensible multiperson company behind it, Ethan Schoonover and Merlin both involved in the development - good though the others are, how can they compete with the above pedigree?
