What st. defines the east division of the western third of SFO?

Would that be Funston AVE, or? And does the fog noticeably decrease once you pass into the middle third, or is it more gradual? I’ve heard of this elusive “western third” before. Enquiring minds want to know! Bob POSTED IN:
