Sounds like you've got it. Processing is a workflow (to use slightly dorky jargon -- I need more caffeine before I can manage actual English). Organizing is how you set up your system to allow the work to happen. And while it sounds like a smallish distinction at first, I think it's one of the real keys to GTD. I know I'm not the only one who had a lot of organizational false starts, sorting things into different piles or lists or folders, getting yet another new calendar that I wouldn't use, and so on; organization by itself is a good place to start, but it leaves you stranded at "Now what?" » POSTED IN:
