Hi everyone I have skimmed through part of the book and got the basic idea but I have a few questions: 1. With things to do in projects and projects plan, do I still organize them into the same "next actions" lists? I usually have to handle 3-4 projects at the same time, how do you usually integrate this into your GTD system? Thanks! Glenn 5 Comments

yes, your next action lists will include actions from various different projects, all on the same list. the idea is that in planning projects it make most sense to think project-by-project, but in execution a context-by-context organization (with no concern for which project the things come from) is most efficient. » POSTED IN:
