How are you using your Moleskine?

I was inspired by patrickrhone's suggestions on using a moleskine for a capturing device. I bought one, figuring I would use it - but at the same time I discovered the essence of HipsterPDA (I'm very, very new to GTD, have not even finished the book yet).

So I have my Moleskine, with some index cards in the back. Yet I find I am only using the index cards, capturing what needs to be captured, and tossing them in my physical inbox.

So what are you using your Moleskine's for? Todo lists?

Just need some input and advice. Thanks!

I have a 18-month weekly...

I have a 18-month weekly pocket Moleskine. I use the left-hand side for my concrete calendar items. and the right-hand side for capture. This model doesn't come with an accordion pocket, so I made my own (facing outwards instead of inwards), and I use it to carry index cards with my contexts and next actions. My index cards are mostly printed from GTDTiddlyWiki.

Only slightly bigger than my Clie was, significantly lighter, and so much faster to enter information; I highly recommend.
