I listed the "Getting Things Done" today on my Ipod. I really need to real it twice. I must say it seems daunting to actually have 43 folders, actual physical folders. Is there another way? Sorry, I am not well educated and promise to read more before I ask too many dumb questions. s morton 5 Comments

Rather than use 43 folders, which I found to be simply too much, I'm using a 9 folder system: one folder for each day of the week, a "Next Week" folder, and a "After Next Week" folder. Each Sunday, I check those last two folders, and place their contents (if any) in the appropriate folder for the week to come. » POSTED IN:
