At The Stage Coach, we have the resources and means needed to convert existing homes into a house that is desirable and marketable to a greater number of buyers. Many times, homeowners are not capable of separating their Home (think: stuff) from their House (think: property). We aim to shift the focus from the owners’ “stuff” to the “property” and permit the architectural features of the house to be more noticeable than the contents. And by taking what homeowners have, mixing in some of what we have, and adding a little sweat equity, the result you see is a finished product: a more marketable home. This is what Staging is all about.
The Stage Coach takes a practical approach to Staging that we call the “Fix It” approach. Each house is a Home Improvement Project, and it is our job to Fix It up, within the time and budget allowed. Each and every house is going to require different attention in order to get it prepared for sale. Most will need a thorough cleaning. Some may require the talents of a professional contractor for repairs. All houses have potential and having us Stage your house will help focus on the potential so that it appeals to the largest number of buyers.
Remember: just because you have lived in your home, does not mean "Lived In" has to be a liability when you go to sell your house.
