At the moment, since I've...

At the moment, since I've only been doing this for a few weeks.

I'm quickly filling my PDA up with new tasks and projects
My e-mail inboxes are empty by the end of each day
My physical inbox is nearly always empty at the end of each day.

I don't seem to achieve much of my project tasks, but have been doing tasks that I should have done years ago (like changing the address on the cats data tag and asking Microsoft for a new power cable a year after then sent me the letter saying mine needed replacing).

I do keep looking at my NA list and think I don't want to do any of it right now. Which is a bit depressing. I have started looking into priortising these so I know what I should be doing next.

I've split the weekly review into two sections.
1) I do all the work / office related projects and tasks (done on a Friday)
2) I do all the home related projects and tasks (on a Sunday)

I think it'll take me a few more weeks to get totally comfortable with my implementation of it and I'm already getting frustrated with others who are not as orgnaised. (I'm trying to stop adding tasks I think the girlfriend should be doing to my list, so I can prompt her to either do it, or do it myself).

The @waiting for list is frustrating when people arn't getting back after a week a job which I know is a less than 2 minute task.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
