Moleskine 2006 Weekly Planner, Pocket size, or lack thereof

I've been unable to find the 2006 Pocket Weekly Planner by Moleskine in my area. I should've gotten it months ago, but I was hoping someone would get it for me for Christmas or my birthday. Unfortunately, they were out when my Mom tried to get me one. Go figure, it's January 3.

Borders.com is sold out, as are the three Borders locations in my area.

I'm thinking about ordering one from Moleskine and coughing up the extra $5.00 for standard shipping. But is it worth it?

Or I could just buy a blank ruled one, which is slightly thicker with a slightly heavier paper stock, and make my own. It'd be a bit tedious, but I would have a DIY Moleskine 2006 Weekly Planner!

I'm not sure what to do. Such a dilemma! What do you recommend?

I'm seeing a lot of...

I'm seeing a lot of Moleskines in local indie bookstores & art stores, so if you want to do some meatworld shopping, you may still find it.

Considering you'll get 365 (minus X) days of enjoyable Moleskiney goodness out of it, I say spring for the extra five bucks.

Cranking

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
