I signed up for bloglines but never remember to check it. I don't know enough about any of them to know how to choose one. Is bloglines as good as any, and I just need to get in the habit of using it?

House rocks. I'm so...

House rocks. I'm so in love with that show. My friend wrote two of the best episodes this season and I'm hoping she's still on staff next year and I'm hoping to time a trip to LA while they're filming and I'm hoping I can coerce her into letting me come visit the set. That's a lot of hoping!

I need to get one of those Safari bookmarklets. I assume I get it from newsgator and will go look for it now.

Oh! I have another question. On bloglines, you can see which feeds others have subscribed to unless they've hidden their accounts. On newsgator it doesn't seem to be that way, is that right? While I do find it interesting to see what others subscribe to, and sometimes have found new reads, it also seems rather rude to go snooping. Did newsgator choose not to allow that feature, or have they just not gotten around to implementing it yet?

And I've got your feed, too. Is this where we cut our thumbs and make a solemn oath or something? Because I'm squeamish.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
