The main thing I realized is that the person who said developing habits was like making a rope never actually made a rope. Yarn is spun by twisting materials together, width is generally determined at the outset. Although not chenille. Apparently you make chenille by twisting thin strands of fiber while shooting/injecting other bits of fiber in, so that they get stuck in the twist. Yes, I’ve worked at a yarn shop. » POSTED IN:

I just wanted to say I’m really looking forward to this new series. I’m starting to figure out what I want to move towards this year in all sections of my life. My classes, my fraternity, myself personally (health and otherwise). Maybe doing something like breaking down a goal into sub-tasks. Because they can seem too overwhelming. It makes it much more manageable. Its kinda inituitive. But sometimes by stating the obvious, it is no longer taken for granted. » POSTED IN:

Woohoo! Another podcast. At last! I was beginning to despair. I’m guessing this isn’t exactly the ideal forum for this, but I’d love to hear a bit about the technical specs of your podcasting setup: what mic are you using? what software? any other cool bells and/or whistles?
