Countdown timer suitable for the office

Does anyone know of a countdown timer (preferably not computer-based) suitable for an office setting? I need one that is quiet enough that only I'll hear it so as not to annoy my adjacent cube prisoners. I'm looking for simple, simple, simple. A quiet egg timer ideally.
