I've written an article titled Less is More and I'd love to get some feedback on it.

The motivation behind writing this documents stems from years of struggling to find a good method for web development which balances the need for a concise documentation while still remaining understandable and manageable for the client. The method is a work in progress 10 years in the making and is based on a number of different methods I have come across during my career as well as my personal experience. The object of the exercise is to help others overcome myths and bad advise commonly advocated by people wanting to make a few extra dollars by complicating the process of web development.

Less is More is not a framework or formal software development model and I openly admit that is is far from perfect and I am more than open to discussion. I also realize that this guide probably works better for smaller companies which have less bureaucracy and hierarchy.
