Help: Countdown/up timer with list

Hi, I have kind of an odd request, but I thought I'd see if anyone knows of an app to fit this workflow.

Basically, I want to make a list of sequential actions with times associated with them. Then I want to start the first timer and get to work on the action. Now here's the rub: I don't want it to go on to the second action until I "ok" it and I want it to start counting up if I go over my allotted time. That way, as I'm working I have a countdown timer to "keep the pressure on" but then at the end of that set of tasks, I also have a record of how much time I spent on each step. (helpful for becoming more conscious of how I spend my time and helping me better estimate time requirements for future tasks.)

It would be like if Minuteur could run through a list (rather than just the single timer)

or if Flextime had an option for "at Finish" of "wait for manual advancement to next step and begin counting up."

Ideally, I'd be able to cut and paste text from the action-time list.

I know that I could just use a stopwatch (i.e. count up) type app with a list, but I just prefer to work against a count down.

Thanks for any suggestions to check out. If nothing turns up I'll try to hack something together with applescript-minuteur-text edit (or Mori)
