OmniOutliner: Spacebar for mouseless dropdown selection

Speaking of R'ing TFM, OmniGroup's crackerjack techs responded almost immediately to my recent "feature request" that I be able to select items from OmniOutliner dropdown menus without using the mouse. Already there. Just hit In other news, the new unofficial motto of 43 Folders is going to be “The only truly obvious things are those things that you already know. I agree Drew. I'd love to hear more too. I think that double-tabbing is happening because there's a hidden column in there someplace. Maybe Ethan can clue us on that. I also use "now" and "tomorrow" for dates and I love that "mon," "thu," and "sun" get interpreted as the next occurrence of that day of the week. My fantasy feature, I have to admit, would be live incremental search within the current view. I wish I could be on say my ginormous Projects page, hit ESC twice (or whatever) and then be able to winnow the lines that appear as I type more letters. How's THAT for a feature pony request? :) So yeah, anybody else got other tips, tricks and goodies we might have missed in either kGTD or OO in general? » POSTED IN:
