D3 - A new Kinkless GTD Tiddly Wiki

A while back, I put together a prototype of GTD Tiddly Wiki Plus that provided simple "kinkless-like" functionality. It was meant to just show how TW might be used for GTD.

The downside of kGTDTWP was that it was pretty slow and large.

Now someone has gone ahead and created a plugin that speeds up the "kinkless" actions within a TiddlyWiki. Plus, it goes ahead and implements really everything that is implemented within true kGTD (except it doesn't allow you (CURRENTLY) to MANUALLY assign "next" actions; it always picks the next action in a project/subproject).

Someday soon someone should combine D3 wiith the GTD style used in kGTDTWP. This should create something that looks identical to kGTDTWP but performs MUCH better.

Unresponsive script fix

To get rid of the "Unresponsive script" warning, give this a shot (in your Mozilla browser of choice):

* Type "about:config" into your address bar (without quotes)
* Search for "dom.max_script_run_time" (without quotes)
* Change the value to a larger one

That should prevent the warnings.

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
