LOFI Next Action Lists

I asked how people handle NAs in the GTD area, but I realized what I'm specifically looking for are paper-based ways of keeping lists. Do you keep them on individual sheets of paper in folders, or what?

I'm combining LOFI and records on my Mac, but I'm a paper planner user from way back and am kind of ingrained that way, plus I always have it with me.

Thanks.

As I said over there...

...I keep my next action lists in a Word document, which I update and print daily. My lists are just lists, in two columns on both sides of a single sheet of paper. Simple, easy, and no problem if it gets lost.

This page stays handy at my desk, and I fold it up and put in the front pocket of my planner when I leave work, so it's findable at night or over the weekend. (Actually referring to the list at night or over the weekend is a different matter.)
