David Allen's Paper Planner

Anybody look at David Allen's Paper Planner setup?

Seems like a good general guide to use when starting to design your own paper planner.

Does anyone implement this?
Or has anyone modified this to their own needs and if so how?

I must say that I...

I must say that I am quite enamored with my Circa Junior. So enamored, in fact, that I am wishing I'd bought the letter size...

A year or so ago, I didn't want to spend the dough on a Circa system, but I wanted to try letter-sized. I bought an El Cheapo fake leather 3-ring planner and worked with the DIY templates. I quickly went back to Classic size because the letter-sized planner was way too large to use comfortably.

That's what I was thinking when I decided on the Circa Junior. What I didn't count on was just how nicely the Circa notebook folds over on itself. See - with a letter-size planner, you have - what? - a 10x13 binder that opens on a desk or table to 20x13 or so. With the Circa, the cover folds all the way around so it wouldn't be much more obtrusive than a letter-sized pad.

Knowing 2 weeks ago what I know now, I probably would have gone with the letter-sized notebook. Having spent over $100 to get started with the Circa, I just can't justify buying the letter-sized one right now.

Don't misunderstand, the Junior is an amazing notebook, but I like it SO much I find I want to use it for more things. Things that would be better served with a letter-sized notebook.
