The ultimate Quicksilver Thread

Let's make this the The ultimate Quicksilver Thread. But I really think a own Category would suit our needs alittle bit better. Merlin? Is this Board supporting Subcategories?

Let's start with Websearches through QS: I don't get why i have to select the search action before I can use the variable input field? It's just confusing. My Question is: how can I arrange the various search Targets like I can arrange e.g. the Mail actions?

Any hints ? I thought of an Applescript but QS is not very scriptable, is it...

QS is perfectly scriptable, in the sense that you can set a trigger to activate an Applescript you have saved on your hard drive.

So my best bet on the above is to create either an Applescript or an Automator action to get the selected Finder items and run a Slideshow, save that to disk and then create a trigger in Quicksilver to run that script...

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless

Merlin’s scared. You’re scared. Everybody is scared.

This is the video of Merlin’s keynote at Webstock 2011. The one where he cried. You should watch it. »
