How are you using your Moleskine?

I was inspired by patrickrhone's suggestions on using a moleskine for a capturing device. I bought one, figuring I would use it - but at the same time I discovered the essence of HipsterPDA (I'm very, very new to GTD, have not even finished the book yet).
So I have my Moleskine, with some index cards in the back. Yet I find I am only using the index cards, capturing what needs to be captured, and tossing them in my physical inbox.
So what are you using your Moleskine's for? Todo lists?
Just need some input and advice. Thanks!

I have three Moleskines. One...
I have three Moleskines. One regular sized sketchbook that I use - wait for it - for sketching. I use it for getting my ideas out of my head quickly. Learned this from Mike Rohde. One is a junior ruled journal. From front to back is a journal, just for kathartic/therapeutic purposes. From back to front is where I make notes of chord progressions and melodies and lyrics for a CD I am working on. The third one is a blank slate junior ruled journal waiting for use in a letter sorter on my desk.
